10-15 Twilight Photos – $199
Add twilights to your package to create stunning images of your home. Best for homes with great landscape lighting and a good view of the sunset. Sunrise sessions require an additional $99.
Staging per hour – $79
Use your existing amenities to stage the home in a pleasing way. Whether it’s reducing clutter, rearranging furniture or perfecting your work, this add-on will make sure your space is as camera ready as possible. Tethered shooting available by request.
5-8 Drone Photos – $149
Let your clients see the property and surrounding area from above. This add-on is best for homes with features best seen from the air, such as a beach location or large acreage.
Cinematic Tour – $425
Create a beautiful cinematic video tour of your property. This add-on will include a 1-2.5 minute FHD video tour of your home’s best features and includes a commercial song license. Cinematic tours are not available for next day delivery.
Virtual Tours – $129
Create an immersive experience for your potential clients by allowing them to step inside the property virtually. Pricing starts and $129 and goes up to $199 for larger homes.
Property Intro Video – $219
If you want to personally introduce your property, this intro video would be a great add-on. A 1-1.5 minute introduction video featuring yourself and a few highlights of your home.
5 Community Photos – $49
This add-on includes 5 residential community photos of existing amenities for the property being shot. You must get prior authorization to shoot in the common areas.
Virtual Staging – $29+
Empty homes can benefit from the visuals of virtual staging. The per photo price of $29 includes up to 3 revisions. Advanced virtual staging, which requires multiple rooms in one shot is $45/pp.
